These terms cover text messages from P&C Auto Body, also called P&C Autobody, at 2921 Monterey Hwy, San Jose, CA 95111.
Messages you can expect
If you opt in, we send conversational text messages about your vehicle repair. That includes messages that your vehicle was received, repair progress, insurance approval, a request to sign a document, a request to update your insurance information, notice that your vehicle is ready for pickup, scheduling, and replies to questions you send us. Message frequency may vary. These are not marketing or promotional texts.
How you opt in
You opt in by replying to an email from us that asks for permission to text you about your repair. You can also opt in by texting START or SUBSCRIBE to our shop number. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of buying a repair or receiving an estimate.
